  • 0.127u1: smf fixed Judge Dredd - Game now playable. Added lightgun emulation and fixed IDE emulation when building with visual studio.
  • 8th April 2004: smf sent in another update to the 24-bit MDEC support in the PSX driver.
  • 5th April 2004: smf added 24-bit display support to the PSX driver, as required by Judge Dredd.
  • 0.81u3: smf and R. Belmont improved Judge Dredd, but still need work.
  • 4th April 2004: R. Belmont got Judge Dredd (Acclaim) working, but light guns aren't emulated so it's not fully playable.
  • 0.78: smf added Judge Dredd (Rev C) (Acclaim 1996) and clone (Rev B).

The game was NOT based on the film at all - in fact it was begun long before programmers/designers knew about the film. During it's lifetime it went through three name changes (two being completely non-dredd related) before finally changing back into a Dredd based game!
