  • 0.127u1: Changed description to 'Daytona USA (Japan, Revision A)'.
  • 0.126u1: Peabo and ElSemi added clone Daytona USA Deluxe '93. Note (Peabo): It is non-networkable, therefore only useable in standalone or 'deluxe' units. The rom doesn't even contain the 'await your entry' music. Also, I just noticed another difference in the 93 revision. When you select your transmission, instead of saying 'Mission Select' at the top, it says 'Choose One!'.
  • 12th July 2008: Peabo - Successful dumped Daytona Deluxe '93.
  • 11th July 2008: Peabo - I'm now dumping Daytona Deluxe 93. It will take a while since there are 12 chips to go through.
  • 0.119u1: Fixed user3 rom loading.
  • 0.113u2: Guru and David Haywood added clone Daytona USA (With Saturn Adverts). Fixed cpu3 and user2 roms and rom loading.
  • 0.101u5: R. Belmont fixed messed up sound in Daytona USA.
  • 0.93: Added clock parameter to the 2x MultiPCM sound (8MHz).
  • 0.87u2: R. Belmont patched Daytona busywait for the TGPs (not sure how it worked without this before) and properly mapped 'unplaced' ROMs for Daytona. Fixed rom loading and rom names. Added missing cpu4 rom ($0 - communication program).
  • 0.87u1: R. Belmont added Daytona USA (Japan) (Sega 1993) and clones USA (Japan, To The MAXX) and (Japan, Turbo hack).
  • 12th January 2003: Guru - Arrived and dumped Dynamite Cop (Sega 1996, Model 2A-CRX version) and Daytona to the MAXX (Upgrade kit for Daytona). Thanks to Malcolm McKay.

Daytona USA - To The Maxx : 2001 Edition is an unofficial hack of "Daytona USA" that adds a turbo button and several more playing modes, a ghost car for your fastest lap, a rear view and about 4 more viewing modes, and its surprisingly playable... Adds a bar across the middle at the bottom, this is your turbo fuel, and the red bars at the side are your extra views, also, the digital speedo has been changed.
