The subtitle is a play on a Japanese proverb 'Ichinan satte, mata ichinan', which means 'One misfortune goes, another one comes'. An 'Ichiman' is a 10,000 yen note, the highest note of Japanese currency. In mahjong, a 'toitsu' is a pair of like tiles waiting for a third like tile to create a three-of-a-kind. However, 'chi-toitsu' also denotes a special winning mahjong hand made of seven pairs of tiles. Winning with a chi-toitsu guarantees a good score! - SOURCES - Game's rom.
