Sometimes it won't work to add the picture directly into the table.  Open a new blank document in word and paste the picture in (Insert-Picture-From file).  Left click the picture to select it, right-click the picture and select copy.  Open the CD-ROM file, click in the square where you want the picture to go and click Paste.  The picture should fit perfectly in the table cell. (Some of the MameWorld CD Covers need to be stretched a bit as they were made for a custom CD labeler. Just pull left and right a little on the sides and they'll fit perfectly :)

The text is automatically inserted sideways and centered on the side flaps.  You may need to change the font or reduce the size to make it fit.  Do this from the format-font command.

To change the background color for the side flaps, click within the cell, select Format-borders and shading, click shading, select the desired color.  Click apply to 'cell', and click OK.
