Normal service has been resumed

The last gremlin was removed from the site code a couple of days ago, so I’ve been working on AGEMAME again.

A few things have come up, namely that there are some glaring issues with how non AUX inputs are handled in the MPU4driver , but until I get a better schematic, I’m leaving that alone.

As for the rest of that driver, there’s now much better support of the extended characteriser for those games that need it, DIL switches have been added, and a few long standing misconceptions about the hardware have been removed (for example, the 6840 does not interface with the AY8913 as a DAC device, but it does send a square wave to a discrete audio circuit for alarm sounds).

There may well be more to report by the next release, depending on whether I can troubleshoot the serial link.
